FITNESS WITHOUT THE ATTITUDE

WE ARE STILL HERE FOR YOU DURING COVID19

We have opened our doors to One to One Personal Training, and we are still offering FaceTime and Zoom sessions. Each session is an hour long and can be done effectively with no equipment at all if you still wish to use an online platform. Please email or call to set up a free consultation. You can stay healthy and fit out of the safety of your own home or in studio.

 

We are also offering online classes. Join our instructors, Sitara Bird and Kimo Frederiksen, for an intense workout blending high intensity, yoga, barre and every other modality of movement these two love. HIITS is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11AM Est. Can't make that time? Sign up for our archived class!

Since the beginning, our goal is reaching fitness goals without attitude or judgment. Many of our trainers have also struggled with fitness in the past and we are comfortable with any starting point you may be facing in your journey. Our objective is to help you build and maintain a happier, healthier and better life. Each member of our team brings a unique perspective to the large spectrum of what it means to be “fit.”
